Located on the ground floor of Skyhouse Uptown Apartments, Fourth Ward Dentistry is in the heart of Uptown Charlotte in the historic Fourth Ward neighborhood. Our building offers free validated parking.
Our bright, modern office offers a complimentary coffee and beverage bar as well as iPad stations in the lobby. We are proud to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum by providing digital charting and paperless check-in.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS & VALIDATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please take exit 3B on I-277 and turn on Church street towards Uptown Charlotte.Continue on Church street till you see the coffee shop, Queen City Grounds to your left. The Skyhouse Parking deck is a quick left turn directly after the coffee shop. Once you have entered the parking deck you will request a ticket from the machine. Please park anywhere on the ground floor. At the end of your appointment you will receive your free parking validation! When you exit, remember to scan the first ticket you received, and then you will scan the last ticket you received from us.
